After college graduation, Ms. Pobiecke moved to Portland, Oregon, where she lived for five years.  During that time she worked as a social worker in youth shelters, treatment centers, and schools.

After completing her Masters in Education at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Ms. Pobiecke accepted a position as the school counselor at Hawkins and moved to Belfair.

"I enjoy reading, camping and hiking, traveling, and playing with her two dogs, Joey and Bijou."
