Students...
It is very important to be ready to go on the first day of practice so that you do not miss any valuable practice days. Here's what you need to do in advance:
- Pick up an Activities Code/Registration packet from the District Office (summer months) or the Annex Office. These forms can also be downloaded. Click on Sports Registration Packet for access to the forms.
- Schedule your physical now. If you are new to the district or an incoming freshman, you will need to have a complete physical. Physicals are good for two years.
- Complete all other forms (registration/parent permission, medical/emergency card, assumption of risk, insurance/ waiver form, etc.).
- Be prepared to pay for your ASB card.

- Any changes to the sport schedules will be emailed directly to you immediately after they are made.
- You are able to have calendar events and changes sent to several different email accounts.
